Triangle string-art rosette

Geometry

The plane is tiled with equilateral triangles and only complete cells near the centre are kept. Inside each cell, a thread joins sample i to sample i + N + offset, and the repeated envelopes form the rosette.

θ(i) = rotation + 2πi/(3N), thread: i → i + N + offset
