Nested tilted tori
Geometry
Three tori share one centre and shrink geometrically: R2 = ratio · R1, R3 = ratio² · R1, while the tube radii shrink in proportion, r_k = tubeFrac · R_k, so the central opening stays clear all the way in.
Ring 1 lies flat in the xy-plane. Ring k is tilted by (k−1) · spread about an axis that is itself turned by (k−1) · precession about z, so the three planes fan out around the shared centre:
P_k = rotZ((k−1)γ) · rotX((k−1)β) · P
Each ring is built from the same torus mesh, then placed by that rotation. The palette steps in hue only — hue step · (k−1) with saturation and lightness held — so the nesting reads as one family rather than three separate objects.
