Double polygon, double rotation

Geometry

Every vertex of the inner m-gon is joined to every vertex of the outer n-gon. The chords are spread evenly around the colour wheel, so the connection order itself becomes the palette.

Oᵢ = R·[cos(α + 2πi/n), sin(α + 2πi/n)], Iⱼ = ½·[cos(β + 2πj/m), sin(β + 2πj/m)]
